LA PAZ 15 DAYS/ 14 NIGHTS Day 01. LA PAZ. Arrive to la Paz and transfer to the Hotel. At 14:00hrs. City Tour in La Paz + Valley of the Moon. Duration: 3½ hours Places visited: On our tour you will be able to appreciate the cultural, historical, architectural and natural richness of the city. We visit Plaza Murillo, the Cathedral, the Palace of Government, the Church of San Francisco, the vantage point of Quilli Quilli, the Museums, the Witches’ Market and the Valley of the Moon. Included: Transfer In, City Tour + Valley of the Moon + Hotel in La Paz Day 02. TOUR TO TIAWANAKU Duration of Tour: From 8:00 am to 16:00 Hrs. Visit includes: 8:00 am Pick-up at Hotel of the City of La Paz, from where we leave for Tiawanaku. After viewing the Lithic and Ceramic Museums, we visit the archeological site of Tiawanaku. At the end of our visit we have lunch and then return to La Paz. Included: Tourist bus, guide, lunch and entry + Hotel in la Paz. Day 03. La Paz – Copacabana - Sun Island – Titicaca Lake. Time: 7:30 am. Tourist bus from La Paz to Copacabana, arrival and lunch. Visit: After lunch at 13:30 Hrs. we begin our tour to the Sun Island We visit the archeological site of PILCOCAINA, after which we walk from Pilcocaina to the Fountain of Youth. Return to Copacabana. Accommodation, 2 options: - Hostel on the Sun Island. - Hotel in Copacabana. Included: Tourist bus from La Paz to Copacabana, lunch, Tour to the Sun Island + Hotel. Day 04. COPACABANA – LA PAZ Time: 8:30 am. Breakfast and then we begin the City Tour, on which we visit the Basilica of Copacabana and then the Calvary. 12:00 pm. We have our lunch 13:30 Hrs Take the bus to the city of La Paz. Included: City Tour in Copacabana, lunch, bus Copacabana – La Paz + Hotel. SALT FLAT - UYUNI Day 05.- LA PAZ – ORURO – UYUNI Bus La Paz – Oruro by 3 ½ Hours and then connection by train to Uyuni. Included: Bus La Paz – Oruro and Trian from Oruro – Uyuni + Hotel in Uyuni. Day 06.- UYUNI – SALT FLAT– SAN JUAN Breakfast at 9:30 AM. Departure: 10:30 AM. Visit: Colchan, salt lake, fish island and over night in San Juan “Family House” Included: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, jeep and over night in the family house. Día 07.- SAN JUNA – RED LAGOON. Departure: 08:00 AM. Visit: Ollague colcano, the cañapa, Hedionda, Chiarcota and Honda Lagoons, stone tree and red lagoon. Over night in red lagoon “Family house” Included: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, jeep and over night in the family house. Day 08.- RED LAGOON – GREEN LAGOON – VILLA ALOTA. Visit: Early in the morning we visit the Geysers, hot spring, green lagoon, valley of the rooks, Culpicaca – Villa Alota and over night. Included: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, jeep and over night in the family house. Day 09.- Villa Alota – Uyuni Departure: 09:30a.m. Villa Alota- Uyuni. Visit: The country of San Cristóbal, cemetery of trains and back to Uyuni, free in the afternoon. Included: Breakfast, lunch, jeep and Hotel in Uyuni. Bring for the trip to Uyuni: Sleeping bag for, warm clothes, gloves, wind breaker, sun block, Sunglasses. Day 10.- BUS UYUNI - POTOSI AM. Breakfast At 10:00 am. Local Bus Uyuni – Potosí. 14:00 Hrs. Arrive to Potosí and accommodation in the Hotel Free in the afternoon. Included: Transfer, local bus to Potosi + Hotel in Potosi. Día 11.- TOUR TO THE MINES. 7:30 am. Breakfast Departure at 8:00 AM Visit: Miner´s market, where they buy all the implements they need for daily work (dynamite, calcium carburate, coca leaves, etc.) Visit the inside of a cooperative mine where people still work like in the colonial period. In this visit you meet the miners, see them work Included: Tour a las Minas (Transport, guide) + Hotel en Potosí. Día 12.- BUS POTOSI – SUCRE AM. Breakfast At 09:00 am. Local Bus Potosí Sucre. 12:00 Hrs. Arrive to Sucre and accommodation in the Hotel Free in the afternoon. Included: Transfer, local bus to Sucre + Hotel in Sucre Día 13.- CITY TOUR + DINOSAUR FOOTPRINTS City Tours + dinosaur footprints Visit Principal square (25 de Mayo), the catedral, University Museum, San Francisco church, freedon House. In the afternoon we visit Dinosaur footprints. Included: City Tour and dinosaur footprints + Hotel in Sucre. Día 14.- FLIGHT SUCRE – LA PAZ. AM. Breakfast and transfer Hotel – airport and flight Sucre – La Paz. Arrive to La Paz and accommodation in the Hotel. Incluye: Transfer In/Out, flight Sucre – La Paz + Hotel in La Paz. AM. Breakfast and Transfer Hotel – Bus station or Airport.
